The Corallo apartment is a 65m, two-room apartment in a building dating back to 1920 in the historic center of La Maddalena. The location allows you to reach the church square, the nightlife streets and Cala Gavetta in but a few minutes, while at the same time guaranteeing the possibility of enjoying a very peaceful setting surrounded by greenery. The one-way street in which the building is located offers the possibility of free parking a benefit over most of the streets in the center.

The apartment is very bright and fresh, typical of historic houses on the island. It has vaulted ceilings, almost 4 meters high. It consists of a bedroom and a large room with a beautiful arch that divides the living room from the kitchen, which leads to a covered terrace overlooking a lush private garden. The terrace is equipped with an awning, and comfortably accommodates 5 people around the table. There are also two bathrooms with large showers and full amenities. In addition to the double bed in the master bedroom, there are 3 other beds in the living room (a comfortable sofa and a sofa bed).

The apartment has been equipped by the owner for his own use and has therefore been furnished with the utmost care and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, heat pumps, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, smart TV).

The Wi-Fi is free and regularly functional.
