The house is on two floors: on the lower level there is a large eat-in kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed) and a bathroom with shower, while on the upper level there is another large double bedroom with master bathroom. An air conditioning system is also available on both floors.

A large sunny terrace overlooks a large garden with a barbecue area and an outdoor shower with heated water.

The famous and beautiful beaches of Chia are only 15 minutes away by car.
